Becoming injured and facing the possibility of not being able to perform your job again is a scary situation. Your family life is more stressful due to many uncertainties. When you add the fact you have to file for SSD it can be overwhelming. You need a voice of calm and assurance on your side to walk you through this process. This is where Mr. Miller is at his best. Always the professional, never once in my case did I feel I was rushed, talked down to, or given a answer I did not understand. My calls were always returned and questions were allowed to be asked without being interrupted. He made me feel like my case deserved his full attention.
